Nanor AB offers translation stages available with a number of different drive options, from stepper and DC motors to ceramic ultrasonic linear motors. Travel ranges from 5 - 1000 mm providing nanometer resolution. Speeds reach up to 400 mm/sec. Motor driven stages can be equipped with direct drive, gear box using ball screw and lead screw options depeding on the application. Linear encoders are used for high resolution applications and most stages can be adapted for Vacuum and/or non-magnetic compability. Almost any stage can be configured for XY or XYZ setups.

Travel ranges is unlimited for some stages providing nanometer resolution. Speeds reach up to 720 °/s. Most stages can be adapted for Vacuum and/or non-magnetic compability. Load capacity up to 65 Kg and free orientation of the rotation axis.
High end actuators in many forms using a variety of different drive technologies to enable high speed, precise positioning and heavy load capacity. DC and stepper motors offer micrometer resolution and different velocities. Piezo linear motors offer nanometer resolution and very high forces. These motors can be equipped with linear encoder for absolute accuracy. Ultrasonic piezomotors offer high speeds up to 500 mm/s, these motors offer easy integration and compact form factor for OEM customers. Most models can be adjusted for Vacuum applications.
Controllers and drivers come in high diversity. From OEM amplifier cards to standalone units with multiple interface options and PCI cards to advance controller systems with display and keyboard interface. For multichannel applications systems we can offer module blocks with standard components to fit any need. Controllers with PC interface share the same software platform and command set making it easy to operate. Support and drivers for third party software such as TANGO, Labview or Matlab are also available. Most controllers offer analog control and/or PLC I/Os. Some drivers for OEM motors and stages have up to 40 individual channel electronics and single channels units can use daisy chain networks for up to 16 axis.
Parameter offers adapter plates for combining several translation and/or rotation stages in any orientation needed, cables with extended length for motors and controllers as well as analog joysticks for manual control of motorized and piezo driven motions. Ball tips are also offered for linear actuators with different dimensions.
