The Micropositioning products range from compact high accuracy actuators up to 1000 mm linear stages with built-in sensors with typical resolution in the micrometer region. Single axis translation and rotation stages up to 6 axis Hexapods with integrated controllers and software. Heavy duty and hybrid stages adapted for both scientific applications and OEM applications demanding high repeatability and 24/7 operation.
The Nanopositioning products range for most demanding applications down to sub-nanometer resolution. With frictionless flexure guidance we can offer travel ranges up to 1 800 micrometers and simultaineous motion in up to 6 axis. Piezo based systems with digital or analog controllers are superior as positioners for laser applications, semiconductor machining and optical alignments. Available options for vacuum and cryogenic environments.

These parallel-kinematics devices, in a number of different forms, are suitable for diverse applications, ranging from handling systems in electronics fabrication and tool control in precision machining, through medical technology, to optical systems like those found in space telescopes and satellite receiving antennas. Various models of the powerful parallel kinematic machines (PKM) can move masses up to 3000 kilograms with micron accuracy as required in the irrespective applications. Most systems are self-locking.
