What information we gather & how we gather it?
Nanor gathers information in order to better serve our customers need and understand their habits of using our website so we better can improve the website itself. This information is gathered both in an active and passive capacity from our websites visitors. The active information provided by visitors and saved by us will be through one of the following methods:
- Contact us-form – When you submit a request via one of our forms we will ask for your name, company, email-address and phone number and other information with regards to products/solutions/applications/etc you are interested in.
- Live chat – You have the option to communicate with us via live chat. The only required information we ask you to provide is your Name, Company and contact information. The live chat sessions will be archived.
- Newsletter sign up –To receive correspondence from us you will have the option to sign up for our newsletter. When doing this you will have to provide us with your name and email-address .
Where do we store information?
We obviously have to store the information we have gathered for it to be useful. Depending on what type of information you have provided, it will be stored slightly different. Active information you provide us via our forms and live chat is distributed via email to our sales department and saved on our webserver for backup. These are both secure systems and only accessible to select employees with login-credentials. The name and email address you give when signing up for a newsletter is only stored on our account at our third party newsletter-service-provider, Apsis International AB. How we use information?
As we are active in the digital age we need to gather and analyze different kinds of data to be able to provide you with top-quality products and high-class services for many more years to come. To be honest and fair, we will use the information for our own business purposes, which will include, but not only, sending you promotional materials and following up on inquiries further in the future, but we will never ever sell any of the information we gather.
